Outset brings award-winning business support to Bournemouth

Business creation and support specialists YTKO Group were recently awarded the contract to deliver business support in Bournemouth under their award-winning Outset brand. The team supports people from all ages or backgrounds – especially women, black and minority ethnic (BME) or people with disabilities – in setting up their own business.

In the last three years, the award-winning Outset programme has nationally helped thousands of people to explore enterprise through innovative business start-up workshops, one-to-one coaching, post-start support activities and networking events. It has created more than 3,000 sustainable new businesses and jobs.

Programme Director for Outset Bournemouth, Zoe Bradley, said: “The town needs this injection of specialist support to boost the local economy. Running your own business is hugely rewarding but we also know how daunting it can be.
